Our Standard delivery your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail. The estimated delivery time is between 1-3 working days. (We highly recommend that a telephone or mobile number is provided to ensure that your delivery has the best chance to be delivered safely & correctly)

If you're out when delivery is attempted, a card will be posted to instruct you on what to do and how to receive your parcel. The majority of the time your parcel will be held at your local Royal Mail sorting office awaiting your collection.

Please Note: Due to busy Periods i.e Halloween, Black Friday Sales, Christmas etc. you must allow up to 10 Working days for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. Andromeda Beauty is not liable for any consequential loss due to late or failed delivery.

For orders of 8 CCO UV/LED Nail Gel Polishes and over, you will receive your delivery via MyHermes where a signature will be required. Deliveries are attempted between 8am-6pm. Should you not be in to receive your delivery you will be left a 'whilst you were out card' where you will be able to contact the depot and reschedule delivery for a more suitable day.

For orders of 21 CCO UV/LED Nail Gel Polishes and over, you will receive your delivery by DPD where a signature will be required. Deliveries are attempted between 8am-6pm. Should you not be in to receive your delivery you will be left a 'whilst you were out card' where you will be able to contact the depot and reschedule delivery for a more suitable day. 

Highland & Island Delivery - 3-6 Working Days

Due to the nature of our products we are not able to send Free Delivery to Highland & Island parts of the UK please take this in consideration when ordering.

Due to new posting regulations we can no longer offer free delivery on all orders.

Please Note For all destinations named below if you Incorrectly enter your delivery area as Mainland your order will be held, We will contact you by email to let you of this error with a payment request for the delivery charge payable. Once payment is complete our warehouse will dispatch your goods out for delivery with our courier. If you notice this delivery error on your order please call our office and a member of our team will be able to add the correct charge to your order 01509 276086.

Returns Information

All products purchased through the Andromeda Beauty website are covered by our 14 day, no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 14 days of your order date and we will refund you for the product(s).

Products must be in a brand new saleable condition and in the original packaging. Products returned that do not meet this requirement will either be returned to the customer or up to a 20% charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the product(s). We are unable to refund any postage costs you may have incurred and a restocking fee for the amount of one pound per product may be applied. Please note this does not apply to damaged or faulty products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order, however, mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our utmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with minimal inconvenience.

We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases, we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.

How do I report a fault with my product?

Please accept our apologies if you believe there is a fault with your item, we take all complaints regarding the quality of our products seriously and we will need to investigate the reported fault in more detail. In order to do this we ask that you contact us at customer.services@andromedabeauty.com. Please provide details of the fault and where possible attach pictures to your message.

How do I arrange a return?

Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange your return. We will need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. We will provide you with the return address. Please package the item securely and ensure our returns form is included inside.

You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it, we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit. If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item.
Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.

Please, therefore, ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Will you refund my postage costs to return an item?

We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:
- If we sent you the wrong item
- If the item is damaged or faulty
